You may return your item within 5 business days for a refund, however, all items (new or pre-owned) are subject to a restocking fee (see below). New products that have been worn, altered, or damage will not be accepted for a refund. Any pre-owned watch may be return provided the watch is in the exact same condition as it was sold and includes all the boxes, papers, booklets, and accessories.

3. $20,001 - $25,000 / 8%
4. $25,001 - $30,000 / 7%
5. $30,001 - $40,000 / 6%
6. $40,001 - $60,000 / 5%
7. $60,001 - $100,000 / 4%
8. $100,000+ / 3%
Upon reciept, all items will undergo a thorough inspection by one of our watch specialist to ensure that the watch is in its original condition in which it was sold and it includes all tags (especially any "non-removable" tags), items/accessories, etc. before we will issue any refunds.
